We're requesting in the first instance the Terms of Reference for CDHB funded group New Zealand Prostitutes Collective. We ask for their comment. You have clarified by phone conversation that this pertains to the provision of safe-sex supplies such as condoms and lubricant to the NZ Prostitutes Collective (NZPC).
