Mode:

• CVVHDF (combined ultrafiltration and dialysis)

• All other modes at specialist discretion

Anticoagulation

Citrate

• Note, a central line and vascath is needed for this

Heparin

Please note that CRRT is prescribed using a standard formulation.  The default settings are a guide and any changes need to be discussed with the SMO on call.
