Rate / Rhythm

Rate < 80, consider:

  • Pacing:  at 90 atrial and then atrial-ventricular

  • Dopamine:  up to 5 µgms/kg/min after confirming CVP is +/- 3 mmHg of CVP accepted upon return from OT and recent trends

 

Atrial Fibrillation, consider:

  • DC cardioversion

  • Amiodarone
